Where is the Magnolia Springs neighborhood Located?
Click here to view our location map. The Magnolia Springs community is located on River Road 1 mile from Highway 3115. HWY 3115 is approximately halfway down Nicholson (Hwy 30) between Bluebonnet Blvd extension and I-10 in Gonzales (Tanger and Cabelas exit).
What are the price ranges of the townhomes in Magnolia Meadows?
Our town homes start at a lease price of $1,095 per month and range to $1,195 per month.
What are some of the standard amenities in a Magnolia Meadows Townhome?
Our town homes have a beautiful exterior due to the professional landscaping, paved walkways, outdoor lighting, and courtyard patios.
The interior of the homes have a contemporary look and feel that feature stained flooring, a designer paint scheme, custom kitchen cabinets, black GE appliances (stove, micro hood, refrigerator), and ceiling fans.
Are there up-front costs to lease a townhome?
The only “up-front” costs include an application fee of $75 and an initial deposit of $795. You may also incur costs related to utilities, cable, or other convenience services not directly associated with Magnolia Meadows.
Are special considerations for corporate and business leasing?
